Industry Relevance: Structure Settlement
  • Write-off outstanding Commissions, Track Check Issued Date – In Cases where small outstanding amounts on Commissions are not expected to be received for Funding, WIP now provides the feature to mark that the outstanding amount is written-off. Such Fundings will no longer be reported as having Outstanding Commission. There is also a new field that allows one to track the date on which the Check was issued for the Funding.
  • Ability to capture all fees for a Settlement Plan – Products & Plans now has the “All Fees” field which allows to capture all the fees that are applicable for the Settlement Plan
  • Enhanced Everything Report and Life Company Production Report – The Everything Report is a very handy report for Brokers and Case Managers to track Cases. This report has been enhanced, with new fields added, and more extensive coverage of Cases. The Life Company Production Report has also been enhanced with new fields to provide more details about the business provided by Life Companies.
  • New Report – Detailed Outstanding Commission Report – The new report added to the suite of Planners Reports, Detailed Outstanding Commission Report, provides extensive details about Commissions due on Cases.

  • New fields on the Products & Plans tab – New fields are now available when creating a Product & Plan by Annuity Company, such as Cash Amount, Lock-in Date, Beneficiary etc. These fields allow to track more details on a Product & Plan such as the Cash part of the Product & Plan etc.
  • New Reports – Two new Production reports are introduced in the Structured Settlement Module
    a. Production By Life Company – Provides production done categorized by Life Companies with Month on Month and Year on Month comparisons.
    b. Production By Producer – Provides production done by the Producers(Brokers) over a period of time

  • Duplicate Case – This new feature in WIP allows to duplicate a Case by copying the essential fields on a Case such as the Broker on the Case, to a new Case. Selection is provided at the time of copying to select which of the fields from the provided fields, should be copied to the new Case.
  • Payee DDL and Contract Number selection on Funding – You can now track the Payee as well as the Contract Number on the Funding in a Case. The Payee selected in the Funding screen is also shown on the Commission screen for Reference purposes..
