Merge Tickets, Organization Tree and Location Tree in AddressBook

Merge Tickets
  • During routine Bug Tracking and/or Support, it is quite possible that duplicate tickets are created. For e.g. different Client Contacts may make the same request resulting in duplicate tickets.
  • With Merge Tickets feature, duplicate tickets can be easily merged now.
  • The Merge Tickets feature provides with fine grained options of merging on which Ticket data you want to keep and which you want to discard. There is similar selection available for Ticket documents.
Organization Tree and Location Tree in AddressBook
  • Organization Tree is a tree showing the hierarchy of employees in a Company. This is important information when dealing with Prospects and Clients. You can track this information with the Org. Tree in the Company page.
  • Location Tree is a tree showing the physical organization of locations and employees in a Company. This is important contact information for communication purposes.

  • February Release of WIP introduces ToDo lists. Record your thoughts, quick ideas, work to be done which doesn't have clarity, as a ToDo.
  • Create your own ToDo list or for your team members.
  • When you have more clarity of work or when your idea needs to converted to work, convert your ToDo into a Activity, Task, Ticket or close the ToDo.

Save/Share Search Filters, RCA in Queues, Quick Add Company/Location

Save/Share Search Filters
  • Many a times you have created a search filter with diligence that you wish you could save it somehow, or you have a a search criteria(s) that you use frequently. In the January Release of WIP, you now have ability to save search filters.
  • You can save search filters for Search Tasks, Search Contact, Search Company, Search ProgressEntry, Search Ticket and all other custom Searches.
  • You can also share these filters with your Colleagues with Share feature available in the Search page.
RCA in Queues
  • With RCA (Root Cause Analysis) feature for Queues, you can now track detailed RCAs for items in any Queue.
  • You can control whether RCA is required for every item in a queue or for specific items.
  • Tracking RCA will go a long way in detecting and eliminating flaws in your workflows.
Quick Add Company/Location
  • When you are adding a new Contact in the Addressbook in WIP and you realize that you need to add Company of the Contact as well, you can add it directly from the Contact screen itself without having to leave the Contact screen, with the Quick Add Company feature in WIP.
  • Similarly you can add new location directly from the Contact screen without having to leave the Contact screen.
